Reservation and cancellations policies

RESERVATION POLICY

To confirm your accommodation, we require the following information:

- Number of credit card (debit cards not accepted)
- Exact name that appears on the card
- Expiration date
- Scan or photograph credit card both sides
           
The card details are only for guarantee purposes, you can pay at the time of check in, either with dollars or quetzals or credit or debit card.

A validation test will be performing, equivalent to US$ 0.13, which will be reintegrated at that moment.

Any card that comes invalid, will not be used to confirm the reservation. If this is the case, you will be requesting another valid card or payment in advance through deposit or directly on site, otherwise, we cannot guarantee your reservation.

If you make a booking using someone else's card, we need a scanned letter containing the proper authorization payee name, card number, expiration date of the card, exact name that appears on the card, passport number or identification of both people and scan the card and identification documents of both parties.

Hostal Villa Toscana will not make any charge on the card before your arrival and promises to make a correct and confidential use of the data provided.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

All cancellations must be made within 72 Hrs. before the reserved date to avoid incurring a penalty (3 days before the reserved date).

The penalty is the value for one night hosting rooms booked with the rate in quetzals.
